What kind of scanner are you using? Is it not capable of searching for PL codes?

I am using my CAP mobile radio and want to program the PL tone in because as I travel throughout the state everyday for work, I only want to hear Paris traffic. (I program the radio to listen only and Paris uses the repeater in as a talk around)

The pl tone is 179.9 with the frequencies listed above. I called the Chief in Paris and he gave them to me, very nice guy.
