be safe, use both, one may be one part of the county and one may another or it may be both, you will know once you start listening if you need both.

yeah use both to be safe, but Parke County as Vermillion County have Analog talkgroups because they were using SAFE-T before the digital talkgroups came out. I haven't heard them use analog in a very long time
