Parkersburg Pd Back On Digital

Parkersburg PD is back on 155.490 p-25 digital
Started today havent heard them on 800 Mhz today just Vhf

We have a RadioShack Pro 2066, will we still be able to get the local PD once they go digital? Our scanner is an 800 Mghz.

No: For now the only two Radio Shack scanners that will receive digital are the pro 96 and 2096. But your area may not use all digital, and if they end up going to it, it could be some time futher down the road.

Like Brucewarming said Radio shack pro 96 and 2096 are the digital scanners from radio shack,BCD296- BCD396T- BC796 are the ones that recieve APCO-P25 digital from Uniden.

Sorry Mike, I just didn't know which Uniden scanners were digital recievers. Not discounting them. Where in WV you located?

Hey bruce no problem didnt cross my mind was just trying to help him.
I have both radio shack and unidens not really partial to one or the other
as long as they do the job
And i am in Parkersburg in wood county
