Parma un-ID TG's 16 thru 20

I'm logging/hearing TG16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 on the Parma system with RID hits only the known dispatch consoles - never any units. Tonite I happened to hear one on TG20 that sounded like Brooklyn Fire being dispatched to a known Brooklyn address and sure enough there were Brooklyn FD units on the "regular" TG289. I wonder if the dispatch is simultaneously onTG20 and and TG289? Anyone know what's going on?

These could very well be station PA's. Some of the fire departments down here in Columbus have them as well. I have heard this with Upper Arlington fire before.
