Did anyone hear the patch from Parsippany Police to NorthStar? Officer asked dispatch how they could speak to the helicopter. Dispatch patched them through and they were speaking direct. First time I’ve ever heard that and it seemed pretty seamless.

Didn't hear it but there are quite a few agencies that are able to do it, It all depends on how well the dispatchers are trained with their equipment and the abilities they have beyond just "push this pedal/button to talk"
