Part number for tunning knob pin for pro-2042?

bought a pro 2042 off ebay, missing tunning knob. finally got the tunning knob from the seller, however, looks like i'm missing the pin? to connect the knob to the scanner itself. just a hole where the knob should go, no place to connect it. anyone know the part number or where i can get one? thanks.

Sounds like the shaft is broken off the encoder. The exploded view shows the encoder board and its part number.

is this pretty easy to fix if i have the part? and any idea how much the part would cost?
