Yes this is the new Dallas County system that will be attached to the Westcom system. Westcom is now ISICS and this will be the second site in that statewide system.

The map on their website has finally been updated. Looks like Polk, Dallas, and Woodbury Counties are official members so far, and there was an application from Carroll County on today's meeting agenda.
