Some of the older scanners have parts lists at http://support.radioshack.com/productinfo/ProductResults.asp?Name=Radio_Scanners&ID=004001001

Current scanners have parts lists available on the store Point of Sale (POS) system. Any store can use the in house Answers On Line access to the RSU Parts list.

I think I need a LED fix for my PSR-500 no blue light GRE won't fix since I live north of the border, my year is over any way.

Other sources for the BLUE LED could be "Digikey" or "MOUSER". Have you posted to the GRE forum about a parts sourse for the LED?
