Anybody able to monitor this system using a PSR-800, I cant get mine to track the system.
Seems to work fine with my HP-1 and my PSR 500/600. The problem resembles a custom
table issue, I can see TGIDS track on the radio, but no voice breaking squelch and i can
see 500.000 mghz freqs on the display. I have treid changing the base freq to 470.0625
and also tried changing step size to 12.5, and then back to 470.00625 step 6.25.
I even tried setting ch-high 65535. Nothing works so far, any help appretiated

I was having the same trouble with my PSR 800 the other night. I also have the GRE PSR 600 and have no trouble when I imported the database via ARC-XT software. So I copied the same custom table from the 600 and copied it to my 800 and it works. The library imports are coming from the same database so what is the deal. This is my custom table that is imported from the ARC-XT software

On my Pro-106 (same as GRE-500) works beautifully. I utilize the the Win500 software.

Btw - on the 500/600 and Radio Shack equivalents, remember to set your radio to "P25 AUTO", not "MOT VHF/UHF" as the other ICIS sites when monitoring Pasadena.

Also being P25 auto you don't even need the trunking table info on these radio models, as the radio adjust automatically based on data channel info.

On the 106 (RS copy of the psr500), its extremely easy.

Doing it manually all I would do it enter the 15 477mhz frequencies, set it up as a P25 Auto, and off it goes finding wild card TG unless I have some TGIDs pre-entered. No need for base frequencies or offset as the radio can figure that out by itself from the CC data.

Firstly however you should probably confirm that you are indeed receiving the carrier channel strong enough. Your profile says you are in Carson. So give 477.2125 a listen first and confirm its being received well.

I was out in San Bernadino County at the Chino Airport and I was able to have full bars on my GRE PSR 800 monitoring the ICIS system with no issues. ICIS must be transmitting a strong signal.
