Pasco county rebanding in April

I cannot find where they rebanded,according to radio reference,it was supposed to be in April.Does anyone know the latest on this subject??

I can't speak specifically to Pasco but, I can tell you that rebanding plans rarely go off as per the announced timetable. Most system rebands run months (if not years) behind schedule for a whole slew of logistics issues.
