At this time, pasco county is running phase 2 P25. No info to through other than s.o. is encrypted.

Are they fully off of their old EDACS system at this point? They've been gradually transitioning to the P25 Phase 2 system over time, with nearly full encryption.
The deputy said they (S.O.) are all switched over and digital now. Then said some choice words about it too....

They’re working off of the P25 system as they have been for weeks but the EDACS system is still simulcasting, for now.
