what ever became of the freq's used by Hotzolah of Passaic & North Jersey??
and the listing of a rehab/Cateen - have never heard of them, seen them or received the freq's listed in RR
what with all the Flooding 2 months ago and this recent Snow storm where are these support groups hanging out - thought they would make interesting listening ? but? nothing heard ?

The above information is incorrect,

Hatzolah of Passaic and Clifton EMS is a private EMS service serving the primarily the Jewish Community in the Cities of Passaic and Clifton (Not affiliated with Hatzolah of North Jersey)

In their last FCC License renewal which was under WQLP461 Hatzolah of Passaic and Clifton dropped the VHF frequencies 152.2925 and 157.5525. They were dispatched on
462.51250 (Repeater) DPL 172 and Mobile Operations on 457.33750 (Unit to Unit) (Simplex or direct)

However, a New License just recently granted on 11/01/11 (5 days ago!) under WQOK928
Has them now on 2 new repeater frequencies!
452.3000 and 462.3625
So there is a good chance they moved! Please monitor and see if we can get the PL/DP info.



Hatzolah of North Jersey is a second private EMS and Ambulance service serving the Jewish communities in both Passaic and Bergen Counties. (Not affiliated with Hatzolah of Passaic and Clifton)

Hatzolah of Passaic and Clifton EMS

In their last FCC License renewal which was under WQLP461 Hatzolah of Passaic and Clifton dropped the VHF frequencies 152.2925 and 157.5525. They were dispatched on
462.51250 (Repeater) DPL 172 and Mobile Operations on 457.33750 (Unit to Unit) (Simplex or direct)

As of this post Hatzolah is still operating on 462.5125R

However, a New License just recently granted on 11/01/11 under WQOK928 Has them now on 2 new repeater frequencies!
452.3000 and 462.3625 I would expect a change very soon to their new frequencies. Since they are currently operating on an expired license EXPIRED 3/11 WQLP461

With regard to the Countywide Fireground Rehab & Canteen service part of the OP's question: were you monitoring on the following freqs? This is what I have on record for them:

462.025 (192.8) 1 - dispatch (linked to 151.505, DPL 305)
451.800 (97.4) 2 - operations
469.550 (67.0) - fireground
464.525 (67.0) 4 - operations (North)

About a year ago I posted this group may have been some sort of financial trouble. I do not know the details so please don't ask. When I have monitored these frequencies as listed, they have all been quiet. I have yet to hear activity. However, recently, I have not monitored this group in awhile. So if there has been activity I am not aware of it. I'll give a listen now over the next week or two to see if there is indeed activity.

We expanded our feed coverage to now include Hatzalah (Hatzolah) of Rockland County, NY. Since all three communities are affiliated.

Hatzolah/Hatzalah הצלה or "Rescue" in Hebrew Is an active EMS service serving the Jewish Community in the cities of Passaic,Clifton in Passaic County, New Jersey and as well in Monsey, New Square in Rockland County, New York.
