I had posted the thread earlier: What happens if you fail?

Well I didn't fail!
I took the advice, and studied the concepts rather than memorizing the answers. I also came in with that I can do it attitude. Well, I walked into Brackett Field today and I passed the Tech exam. Don't know how much I missed but I'm guessing I missed 5. Anyways the 4 months of studying paid off!

The Gordon West technicians exam book helped, along with this amateur radio app I found for my Android phone.

Thanks everyone on here for their support!

Congrats!!! See, if you go in there with a "let's do this" attitude then you undoubtedly will come out ON TOP!!

Yep, I just went in there and basically took your advice. I thought to myself "I drove 20 miles out here, I am going to make it out of here with a tech license on the first try. No excuses!"

way to go!

Congrats on your Technician license. You are wise to learn the materials and not just memorize the right answers. It will pay off in the future as your knowledge increases. The fun has just begun. Enjoy your new status as a licensed ham radio operator.
