No scanner can decode an LTR-Passport system

Our local ski resort uses LTR passport. I just programmed control channels as separate frequencies and turned the delay off to minimize the interference of the "data bursts". I get most of the traffic that way. It's slightly inconvenient and confusing, but better than sheer silence.
