patch talk groups 3 digits off useing t4win

Why on charlotte trunked system type 2 the patch talk groups are 3 digits off.only patch groups.all others are right on.useing a bc-895. is this a scanner issue of something with t4win that iam doing wrong.

Any updates coming for t4win
nice program just want to add color to the radio id colum
