Ypsilant and Ann Arbor are right next to each other....and if you look at his pictures he tells you that he has a scanner monitoring the AATRS(Ann Arbor Trunked Radio System) Soo.....I am sure that he does as well as I do too!

(sorry not trying to sound like a smart elic.....just helping out a bit!)

Try doing a google search for PRO96com and see what you come up with

scansomd, look under the downloads link and see if under Trunked Radio Decoders the Pro96Com [states the Pro-96 scanner is required] is what you're looking for/what he's using... I might be wrong, though. Also, this may provide you with what you asked about... mvpcollaborative.com/p96.
