Reason I ask, cause they have been doing some shady activity here where I live.

No that's not the shady part, that's just PC to dig.

The towing company has been known for shady conduct. I just wanted to see what I hear.

Tow companies can't tow for 22450, the cops have to stop someone first. I'm not sure what your getting at.

Most likely they are on some LTR system
