payed 15.00 subscription

Hello, I sent a payment through pay pal for your 15.00 subscription. And have no access to the pages I payed for. Can you please verify that you received the payment? also, I have a software program by Butel and have no idea how to down load the tulsa smart zone data base. Could please point me in the right direction on how to down load this straight to my BCT8 scanner. Thanks,
