Payson SWAT suicidal Male with rifle.

They are using Ut Co TAC5(TG-43104) for this operations.
This is only about 30 minutes old and my road is so full of cop cars you cant drive down it.
And it is a block a way or more from me.


I have heard swat guys from other cities checking on so there is going to be more.

So far no contact and no shoots heard.
