I had a similar issue with "access violation" error AFTER my EZ-Scan update. Put in bug report and Mike B worked with me and had to send me a NEWER (not released) version to fix this issue. Be looking for a new update coming soon (if not already there).
Well, I've now attempted to re-install the EZScan for the 1095 with a "new" download from the Whistler site and my Norton is automatically removing the program saying it's a "trojan gen.2 threat".
Not sure where I'm supposed to go from here but hopefully I can at least restore the previous version...

I'm not getting a download for version 3.7 as stated in the shopping cart at Whistler Support. Instead what I am receiving for TRX-1/2 is version 3.10.0.543. I already have that version installed. Am I missing something or did that update get pulled?
