I had a similar issue with "access violation" error AFTER my EZ-Scan update. Put in bug report and Mike B worked with me and had to send me a NEWER (not released) version to fix this issue. Be looking for a new update coming soon (if not already there).

Well, I've now attempted to re-install the EZScan for the 1095 with a "new" download from the Whistler site and my Norton is automatically removing the program saying it's a "trojan gen.2 threat".

Not sure where I'm supposed to go from here but hopefully I can at least restore the previous version...

It's from Whistler? It's not a virus. Others have reported these false hits. Disable the av (or tell it to ignore) and install it.

This is why I don't use Norton...

I'm not getting a download for version 3.7 as stated in the shopping cart at Whistler Support. Instead what I am receiving for TRX-1/2 is version 3.10.0.543. I already have that version installed. Am I missing something or did that update get pulled?

You get the updates by running Check for PC application Update in EZScan, not from the Whistler website.

Turn off Norton and try reinstalling it.
