I don't know if I asked this question or not. Has anyone ever seen a police scanner that you can plug in on your mother board and start scanning.

Yes WinRadio will trunk...
This July they will introduce there newest digital rig.
Depending on how much money you want to throw out they have them go up to 7 GHz .
ICOM is also working on one but I dont know what there progress is at this time. So far it just being played with on the commercial side as a lo-end anylizer.
The guys at IFR was bragging about this one the other day.

this looks like a nice set up, I found an icom external but it was around 500.00
I guess i'll e-mail winradio and see how much there card is.
