Hey, Im new to having a scanner and anything to do with a radio besides using one. But I have a quesiton. I know its possible becuase a guy I knew had this done. He had a scanner on his computer. It was a program that you could listen through the computer and stuff. Im not sure how he did it and was wondering if anyone else has this or knows what to do. Im guessing I need a scanner and it hooks up to the PC but im not totally sure. If someone could help me out I would appreciate it alot. Thanks
