Is thier one system that works better with the pro-106 than the others.

Everyone has there own preferences. Most of the popular programs have 30 day free trial periods. The programs that work with the 106 typically have 500 in their name (ARC500, Win500, etc..). That's because the 106 is a rebranded GRE500.

I'd suggest that you download several of the free trial programs and see which one you like the best.
