pcr2500 ssb

i just got my new pcr2500 and it has the new firmwear upgrade,but on xp pro on two pc's usb/lsb/cw does not have any audio.is there a fix for this?
its only on the icom softwear,trunkpcr its fine.

Click "MONI" button. Make sure you do not have the Band Scope activated

ok im new to the 2500 but i think i got my head out of,,,,,,,,,.it was the timing on the scope that was set wrong.a beer would help next time
if scope is set for freq theres no sound,if its set for time theres sound.if anyone else has this problem.
