Pdf for IFD Tanker Operations

Can anyone post a pdf for IFD for tanker operations around Metro Indianapolis/Marion County? Thank You

I found the following file on IFD's web site. It shows the locations of fire hydrants in Marion County along with "tanker geozones". I'm not sure how IFD uses this information, but I'm guessing that the map tells them that if they have a fire in one of those geozones, they need to assign a tanker to the run for water supply:
