Have you setup the bank in the trunk system settings to let the software know that the bank is 800Mhz Type II?

I'm here a lot
Your OPP bank would be VHF.. and as Mike mentioned Peel is 800 Moto II
Put Peel in a different bank on it's own with the appropriate details and see if that corrects the problem.

Still not sure what you are trying to do by sticking two trunk systems in the same bank.

Waterloo Region is an edacs system and Peel is a Motorola Type II. You will be able to select trunking for all 800Mhz frequencies now but you will only be able to listen to one system at a time.

If you get within range of Waterloo, you will need to change the system type over to 800Mhz edacs and make sure you have the frequencies in the right lcn order.
