Pekin EDACS missing

At about noon on 10/5/06 both of my EDACS trunking scanners would not locate the Pekin, Illinois / Tazewell County systems. I have spoken to other people who listen to Tazewell and the same thing is going on with them.

I have heard that they are changing the freqs due to rebanding. I don't have the new freqs handy, so scout around the 851 to 860 MHz. range for data channels.
