I have a Uniden SDS100. I was able to hear Pelham Police 155.250000MHz, and now I do not hear anything. Nothing has changed on the scanner. How would I be able to hear this frequency again?

Pelham PD did go P25 a few months ago, If you haven't updated the programming in a while that might be why. Below is straight from the DB.
