Pemiscot-Dunklin Electric Cooperative Radio

Does anyone know if the Pemiscot-Dunklin Electric Coop switched their two-way radios to encryption? I usually listen to them for these major weather outages & etc. I'm getting that dreaded digital white noise.

According to a person I know who has a brother-in-law that works for the aforementioned coop, they recently upgraded to Motorola DMR technology.

Ah Hell. Thanks for the info Ron. I'll be so glad IF we ever get radios that will legally receive all this.
