The Boro's of Rumson,Fair Haven,Little Silver Police dept's are going to merge into one BLANKET law enforcement agency called.
Penninsila Police
They will be using a system that CAN NOT be monitored by any scanners called MA/COMM Open Sky.
The Boro's of Sea Bright & Monmouth Beach will merge into an agency called....
Island PD
They also will be trunked into this OPEN SKY system.
This will all be completed by 4/1/06 one year from today.
