Pennsylvania - Railroads section updated

Just letting folks know that I have done major update work to the Railroads section under Pennsylvania in the database.

There's still a lot of stuff to be added that I am working on compiling from various railfan lists.

Very very goo Job, very detailed. I tried to submit some info I had to the Maryland Board however it is still pending. I am trying to get more information from the Baltimore Metro area and verify it as I listen so I can submit more detalied info the next go round.

Also Ben I wanted to let you know when I was at Strausburg Railroad a year or so ago I caught them using a PL Tone of 156.7 if you would like to add that later on in your updates.
