Peoria County Simulcast (Harris)

I'm trying to add this simulcast system's frequencies into my Sentinel favs list,
but when I right click on this in the left panel, then try to select "append to favs list",
that option is blacked out, and I can't add it. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

The Harris system is shut off and no longer exists. it was replaced by StarCom site 2-49
