Heard announced on ISPERN from ISP Districts 8, 9, and 6. 2 sent to hospital, suspects on the loose. Last seen driving a car with Iowa plates away from the scene. Happened around 8:20 PM on the 21st.

Bloomington has it's moments,but it's times like this I'm really glad I'm not in peoria! :roll:

And yeah, no kidding, it's almost as bad as Chicago over there. For a city that size you don't really think of it having a high crime rate.
