An Article this weekend in the Peoria Jornal Star states that Peoria city and county are considering a merged system utilizing the OpenSky product. There was apparently some critisizm expressed that Peoria was not considering StarCom. However the OpenSky folks assure them that there will be interoperability.

Anybody have any insight into what is going on in Peoria? Also, can OpenSky be monitored with a Pro-96 ?

Open Sky will not be monitorable on any scanner.
