Perry County OH question

Hi all,

I received today a fire transmission on 33.98 here in Ireland (great what the sunspot cycle can do) - "station 220" calling "Perry County". I guess the county side of the conversation was KFR674 but can someone tell me where the "220" was coming from - it was actually louder than the County signal.

Any help would be very interesting.

Neat! 220 is Glenford Fire (KWV805), which is in the northern part of the county.
