Last night I was running discovery on my SDS when I got a hit on 461.35. It's showing as Cap+ with a color code of 6. The only traffic was on TG 251, which is Perry Twp automated door alarms. However, the database shows the campus repeater site as having a color code of 13. Is anyone closer able to confirm the change to CC 6? This leads me to believe there may be more changes in the works for this system.

I've been curious about this system as well.

I have an HD1, Anytone and TYT...I struggle on all of them to listen to this system. I have the same issue on only one other system...the airport uhf dmr system. The signal is strong, it just either displays irrelevant talkgroups or wrong color codes.

I do know the two high school repeaters are correct. I drove to both to confirm the signal was coming from them. I am curious if the middle school or 6th grade building have their own repeater or use the district-wide system.

I put all the licenses and what schools they refer to on the wiki page:

I'm at a loss here. I can get a good, strong decode when I scan the channels conventionally but for some reason, my SDS and 436 both struggle with scanning it as a trunked system. Weird.

Cap+ can change color codes which is frustrating. Some users might be cc 6, others 13.... And if RAS is on it more interesting.

Since this is a Cap+ system, has anyone tried the LCN Finder under the Analyze section of the Menu? The symptoms that has been described "appear" to be a system without the proper LCN documented. Even if the LCN is "listed", in the database, might be a good idea to confirm since everyone is receiving it well in conventional mode.

With school starting soon I've been putting extra effort into these school district systems.

Today I observed...

462.275 CC 6
Analyze>System Status showed ...
Site 005
Freqs 2 CAP
Analyze>LCN Finder found...
--sometimes LCN 1 and sometimes LCN 2

I never hear any voice traffic, just a lot of data

Needless to say I'm confused--I have not submitted this to the database yet.
