Petawawa, Renfrew ect online scanner?

Someone told me I could listen to police scanners online and gave me this link. Can anyone tell me how to get started? I have no clue what program to use to listen to my local OPP. I'm in the Petawawa, Renfrew area. Thanks for any help)
