Something changed recently on the Selwyn Township fire dispatch frequency (164.235), and where it used to work straight analog, it is now just noise on my receiver when someone is transmitting. Does anyone know if there is a code (e.g. CTCSS tone, DCS code) I can use to still hear this, or is it encrypted or otherwise inaccessible now?
I tried the listed 151.4 as a CTCSS tone, but my radio just shows error code for 'Receiving signals with unmatched DG-ID, DP-ID, tone frequency or DCS code'.
