Assuming the reference tower file is still current, it looks like the band plan/custom table is pretty standard.
If you have an older radio that is not capable of 700 MHz reception, you only need the first line of the table. Even with a 700 capable radio, it doesn't appear the second line is required because the system is using 800 mHz voice channels. If your radio is new enough to handle 700 MHz, it's probably smart enough to download the table itself when setting the system to P25:AUTO.
