Phase 2 tweak?

Recently over on the RS forum, there was a procedure that was found to be required to enable Phase 2 reception on a PRO-668 (sets up the band plan to 'Auto Fill'). It's been copied into our FAQ here...

Now I just pointed this out to W4KRR who was having issues with his TRX-1, and it was successful. So the question is this; do the other Phase 2 capable Whistler scanners need this trick as well? I don't own one of these (yet).

Mike... I had to do the same with my WS-1088 for the two P2 systems I monitor.

Thanks Dave. I made the question a bit more generic so it covers more of the digital SD driven trunktrackers in the FAQ
