PHI helicopter numbers?

Hi All:
Need some help cleaning up my Medevac list in KY.... I have the Company Name/Numbers for most of the medevac choppers in Kentucky, for example: Air Evac Lifeteam 43 is in Campbellsville. The three I am not sure of are the former KATS birds and the former U.K. chopper..... I know locally they are called Aeromed 1, 2 and 5 respectively but was wondering about their PHI numbers. Skymed, flying PHI choppers, in West Kentucky is PHI 21 and PHI 22...

not really important but a lot easier when listing all the medeveac freqs in a database....

phi 21 is out of madionsville

phi22 is out of paducah

21 in madisonville is getting shutdown due to duplication of services with 22

PHI 22 may get a new number as they are getting a new ec-135 very shortly

wish they'd chill 'til I get this thing figured out.....

Locally the old UK chopper (which was originally a PHI contract) is Aeromed 5, the one in Morehead is PHI 1 and London is PHI 2..... but that just doesn't follow with their numbering elsewhere in the region...... who knows....

the former UK chopper is supposed to be replaced this year by an EC135.... in the PHI livery...
