Here is a question. I am thinking about a new scanner, will the 396xt, hp1 decode Philly when the transition takes place?

I am 99% sure the answer to your question is no. As of right now, the only model out there that can is the PSR-800, and the PSR-900 mobile will once it's released.

Will Uniden get on the stick to monitor TDMA/FDMA? May be Wouxin will make something. Best cheap ham radio I ever bought.
