The Verizon Radio System? Ummm, normally it's a Motorola radio system. Microwave would be Motorola. Land Lines? Those are considered "Private Lines" that are dedicated. Unless a circuit pack failed or someone dug up a phone cable, I don't see those going down very often (I spent 31 years in the Bell System and it's only 1 of 3 reasons a line goes down - 1 POE Plant Operating Error where someone pulled the wrong equipment, 2 Uncontrolled outage where someone dug up a line or 3 Customer Error, but they always blame it on #1).
