Philly P25P2 System Wrong CC?

Just wanted to throw this out there to identify if its my SDR or maybe Im not crazy.

Got an SDR set up for Philly p25 system and its showing the control channel on the SDR as being at 853.762750 as opposed to the 853.8125 or 853.5375 as listed on the RR Page for Primary control. Though Im getting the medic units in crystal clear on those CC's, everything else sounds distorted or off.

Im hoping its the simple issue of just a damaged SDR and the whole system isnt drifting (highly doubted). Thanks!

You've applied the correct amount of drift correction to your RTL dongle, correct?

Which simulcast cell are you monitoring? 853.7875 is an alternate control channel of the Zone 1 simulcast, so perhaps that's currently the active control channel and your dongle is 24.75 kHz off frequency.

863.7875 and 853.3375 are the correct CCs as of now.
