I haven't come across any information on Taxi dispatch frequencies in this forum or the databases on the site. I've heard traffic on these frequencies:

152.2850 MHz - Yellow Cab (FCC License Name: AAA CAB SERVICE INC., dba GREATER PHOENIX TRANSPORTATION)
452.7750 MHz - Discount Cab (FCC License Name: Total Transit, Inc)

These cab companies are usually the only two I use personally, so I don't know what sort of communications other cab companies are using. VIP Taxi has a pretty large fleet, but I'm not sure what other cab/livery services are in the Phoenix metro area. Anyone else listen to any other transportation dispatch?

There's a lot of MotoTrbo throught the 451-453, 454-455, & 460.700-465 MHz ranges, as well as in the 935-940 MHz range. I have no idea who is on those frequencies. (I don't have a real computer, so I can't go through the FCC ULS lookup to find out, if they're specifically licensed to any cab companies to begin with.)
There's also some Spanish language users in the UHF ranges, which may or may not be one of the cab companies with the Spanish language radio station decals on their vehicles.

Discount uses a computer of sorts to dispatch their cabs. They're the only one that I've used.
