Phoenix FD RDC on manual mode

Starting at about 9:13am, and scheduled for about an hour, Phoenix FD RDC will be on manual mode.

No MCT's, so everything will be voiced. The station printers are down, and the public CAD page isn't updating either.

As of this post (1425) I hear the computer dispatching calls. I guess it's back up?

It was only scheduled for an hour, as I said above, and was actually back to normal within 35-40 minutes.

Noticed a couple of times they switched back and forth throughout the day.
