phoenix g2 dispatch codes (TUCSON)

Hello All,

does anyone in the Tucson Area have dispatch codes for the phoenix g2 system. I'm interested what they are?

When you say dispatch codes do you mean the mature codes relating to the type of incident?

Yes like "APTS" is for apartment fire "6W1" is cardiac arrest

As I remember, there are over 50+ nature codes. Maybe someone can correct the number. As I remember most are pretty simple to figure out auch as ALOC is altered level of consciousness, CP is chest pains, FALL is a fall injury, INTB it internal bleeding. Adding and A makes them an ALS call.

I guess I'm curious why someone in Tucson is so interested in the nature codes anyways as you won't be able to hear or receive those calls anyways. If you can hear RWC, they are dispatched in plain language over the air.

The Phoenix G2 system is Honeywell's automated station alerting system that many departments are now using, including apparently Tucson FD. One of the previous threads here linked to the website. So the OP isn't referring to Phoenix FD RDC, but to "Samantha" that does the dispatching.

Maybe the title of this "phoenix g2 dispatch codes (TUCSON)" confused me. Besides, what is done by PFRDC has nothing to do with what Tucson may do just as MFRDC uses far fewer codes than Phoenix.
