Phoenix Light Rail TGID

So I was listening to Simulcast "A" this morning and I heard these transmissions about trains so I thought my scanner had somehow taken itself off hold and had found my Railroad bank.... Turns out that it still was Simlucast "A" and it was the Light Rail being tested. There was a lot of talk going on about boundaries, speeds, and counting down to starts and stops. TGID was 1401 for anyone that is interested. I am sure the testing will be going on for a while, especially in the mornings.

I've added a new sub-group Valley Metro Public Transit System to the PRWIN system and added the TGID's.
