Phoenix PD hand program type?

I have the BCD436HP and programming by hand I am in the El Mirage and Surprise area. Can anyone tell which modes they used for Phoenix Az
Such as P25 Or Phase 2 or Motorola?
Also if you use location control, can you tell which settings you use. 0 or 10 miles etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Everything's listed in the database. Emergency services are on a regional Phase-II TRS. Talkgroups ID'ed as mode "TE" are fully encrypted and cannot be picked up. Much, much easier to use software (Sentinel for free or Proscan with RR premium sub) to program trunked systems, trust me

You likely will not hear much traffic on the RWC using a BCD436HP. Unless you're only scanning the sites with C4FM modulation (which I don't believe carry any of PPD's traffic), you will notice there is a significant amount of simulcast distortion on the RWC. I recommend upgrading to the SDS100.
