can anyone help me out with a starter program 396xt for the metro phoenix area. i have freescan and arc-xt. i dont have alot of time working with multisites... there are a lot of sites it seems for phoenix. any help would be great to get me up and running while im in town.

What would you like to hear? Not everything comes off of every simulcast. Phoenix PD will primarily come off of A, while Phoenix Fire K/L decks and dispatch will come off of B.
